CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS
Continuing education is essential for the professional advancement in one's career and personal development.
Throughout the year, Healing Arts Institute offers a variety of advanced training seminars to health care professionals, including, but not limited to, massage therapists, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians. Many times these classes are approved for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) which may be a requirement for some organizations, employers, or as a part of licensing standards.
Past continuing education seminar topics have included neuromuscular therapy, LaStone Therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, prenatal and infant massage, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, massaging people with cancer, Healing Touch, and repetitive use injury therapy to name a few. The seminars are taught by recognized leaders in the field, and in many cases by the individuals who designed the therapy.
